In the extrusion production process of PC extrusion diffuser, the bad situation of uneven wall thickness often occurs. So, what is the cause of the bad? How can we reduce this kind of bad in the production process? According to JE's many years of production experience and the investigation of various process parameters in the production of aluminum profiles, as well as the follow-up investigation of the operator's implementation of the process, it is believed that the main reasons for the corrosion points of the aluminum profiles in the LED lamp shell are as follows.

In the extrusion production of aluminum profiles, common defects are relatively intuitive, such as bending, twisting, deformation, slag inclusion, etc. The defects of "adsorbed particles" are difficult to find without careful observation or touch.
