Not all projects require high-end metal shades, but inexpensive all-plastic shades may warp or yellow over time. Therefore, we use a plastic-coated aluminum structure. It combines the corrosion resistance and clean look of plastic with the heat insulation properties of aluminum. This is our most popular product line for schools, office buildings, and indoor parking lots—robust, durable, and affordable.

3. All-Plastic Lampshades—Lightweight, Waterproof, and Suitable for Low to Medium Power, and this housing you are reviewing is this type.

Sometimes, you just need a simple, reliable, low-power lampshade. For example, in a residential basement, small storage room, or for temporary lighting. Our all-plastic strip lampshades are completely waterproof (IP65+), inexpensive, and rust-free. They are not suitable for high-temperature environments, but are perfect for 20-40W applications.
