It's compact, affordable, and still boasts an IP65 waterproof rating. Let's look at the structure of the rugged light. The aluminum housing serves two purposes: securing all components and dissipating heat. We added heat dissipation fins on the back because a larger surface area means lower LED temperatures, and lower-temperature LEDs have a longer lifespan. The diffuser is made of polycarbonate instead of acrylic. Why? Because polycarbonate is strong and durable—it won't break even with a hammer blow. The lamp tube end cap has a silicone gasket inside for a tight seal. When the end cap is tightened, the gasket compresses, effectively preventing moisture ingress. We use stainless steel screws, never ordinary steel screws, because ordinary steel screws are prone to rusting in humid environments.
