JE's IP65 tri-proof light housing can provide simple housing and accessories, and can also provide customers with SKD according to purchasing requirements. This IP65 tri-proof housing is a half-aluminum half-plastic structure. The radiator uses 6063 raw material, and the thickness of the finished product is 1.2mm, which is the thickest in the three-proof lighting industry. This design is very conducive to the heat dissipation of the lamp, so that the wattage of the whole lamp can reach 80W, which is equivalent to ordinary Two three-proof lights. The raw material of the PC diffuser is 100% new material. After extrusion molding, it is covered with a film, which can prevent scratches and collisions. The PC can be selected in two types: transparent and milky white, which can meet the needs of customers in different occasions.

Q3. Is the mold opening cost borne by the customer or your factory?
Re: Customers pay the cost first, after the quantity is more than 50000 meters for total order, the tool cost can be deducted in order.

Q4. What are your normal processes for regular order?
Re: We are very suggest customers give the forecast for the next three month. This are our normal processes for regular order:
