As we all know, the main component of PC diffusers is polycarbonate. This engineering plastic has excellent properties, especially in terms of strength, impact resistance, and temperature change resistance, meeting all our requirements for LED PC diffusers. The raw material of PC diffusers is transparent. When producing milky white PC diffusers, we add an appropriate amount of light diffusing agent, causing light to undergo multiple refractions and scatterings as it passes through the PC diffuser, ultimately achieving the desired uniform light output effect. Of course, if we add a frosted treatment to the milky white surface of the PC diffuser, the overall effect of the PC diffuser will be even better. This not only makes the light less glaring but also effectively conceals the internal structure of the LED lighting fixture, thereby improving the overall aesthetics of the fixture.
