Fourth, polycarbonate tubes have good heat resistance. Its heat distortion temperature can reach 125℃-135℃, so it can withstand the heat generated by LED light sources (usually below 80℃) for a long time without easily deforming or aging the lamp.


Fifth, polycarbonate tubes offer high plasticity and design freedom. Polycarbonate raw materials can be easily extruded into pipes of various diameters, wall thicknesses, lengths, and colors, and can even be bent into curved shapes to meet diverse aesthetic design needs.


Sixth, it possesses inherent flame retardancy. Polycarbonate raw materials can provide different flame retardant properties, such as UL-4, V2, V1, V0, and even the special requirement of EN45545.
