Solutions for substandard production of aluminum profiles in LED tube housings

Last time we talked about the reasons for the unqualified production of aluminum profiles in the lamp housing, so how to solve these problems? The solutions are as follows:

①Reasonably control the extrusion temperature and extrusion speed, so that the outlet temperature of the profile at the extruder is kept above the minimum solution temperature;

②Strengthen air-cooling conditions, and factories with conditions can install atomizing cooling devices in order to meet the minimum requirements of 6063 alloy cooling gradient;

③Strengthen the quality management of ingots;

④ Homogenize the ingot;

⑤ Reasonable determination of aging process, correct installation of thermocouples, and correct placement of profiles to ensure smooth hot air circulation. Out of tolerance geometry.
