Many small linear lighting applications have been replaced by LED aluminum profiles and LED neon lights. However, JE Company has persisted in this category because many traditional lighting projects using T5 fluorescent tubes now require LED T5 tubes as replacements. Therefore, JE Company primarily supplies T5 diffusers for these replacement projects, such as traditional track lighting. Besides this, there are also other applications requiring these small tubes, such as aircraft interior lighting, train interior lighting, and high-speed rail interior lighting. The JE-23 T5 housing is very standard, suitable for standard 10mm PCB boards, and its half-aluminum, half-plastic structure improves heat dissipation. Re: For our regular items the lead time is about 3-5 days. For customized items, the lead time is about 25-35 days including tools making time.

Q2. How do you ensure quality?

Re: At first, we use new raw material all with environment protection certifications, please be sure we don’t use any re-product raw material.

Second, we have professional Quality Control department,  both samples and finished products must be confirmed by QC before shipment.

Q3. How many days is the tool production of LED aluminum and plastic profile?

Re: Usually 7-15 days.

Q4. Can you send clients goods to their forwarder warehouse?

Re: Yes, we can.

Q5. What is your normal processes for regular order?

Re: We are very suggest customer give the forecast for the next three month. This are our normal processes for regular order:

Receiving PO--Sales confirm PI with customer--Receiving 30% payment in advance--Sales assistant proceed production and confirm the exact LT--QC confirm the goods are ready for shipping--Receiving the balance payment--Arranging shipment--after sales service.
