Not the fancy brochure version, but the actual process we go through every day in our workshop. Our standard lengths for our LED tri-proof light kits are 600mm, 900mm, 1200mm, and 1500mm. Converted to imperial units, that's approximately 2 feet, 3 feet, 4 feet, and 5 feet. However, we can customize other sizes if needed. The tube diameters and shapes are available in various sizes to meet the requirements of different projects. The housing is made of 6063 aluminum profile through extrusion, with the thickest walls in the industry, ensuring durability and preventing deformation or fragility. Surface treatment is done after cutting, resulting in a virtually scratch-free housing with a very high-end feel.

JE is a manufacturer dedicated to the research and development and production of lighting diffusers. Founded in 2007, our main products include light diffusers made from polycarbonate and PMMA, such as PC cover, PC tube and PMMA pipes. These products are primarily used in LED linear lighting, such as LED T8/T5/T12 tubes, LED tri-proof lamps, and LED strip aluminum profiles. For most lighting products, we recommend using polycarbonate light diffusers. However, for special projects requiring UVA light transmittance of over 90% while also needing resistance to yellowing, PMMA light diffusers are a better choice. Since establishing its factory, JE has been dedicated to the research and development and production of light diffusers in China. Most of its light diffusers are made from polycarbonate, but some special projects utilize acrylic. The produced acrylic tubes can be used in LED light strips, neon light strips, lightbox translucent tubes, decorative chandeliers, ambient lights, and contour light covers.
