Opal PC diffusers are our core product, and their quality has remained consistently high since we started manufacturing. We have molds and stock for many common products on the market, allowing us to provide various solutions for customer orders. We can also customize opal PC diffusers according to customer requirements. For standard products, we use standard raw materials. If a project has special requirements, we can use suitable raw materials based on those requirements. For example, materials that transmit UVA light are needed for fly killer lamps, and materials with fire resistance ratings of UL-94 V0, V1, and V2 are also available. Our product packaging is very robust and perfect, so there's no need to worry about damage during transportation.

Q4. How long is your lead time?

Re: For our regular items the lead time is about 3-5 days. For customized items, the lead time is about 25-35 days including tools making time.
