What is an LED tube end cap?

LED tube end caps are sealing components at both ends of LED tubes. They are key accessories for tubes and are mainly used for the packaging of LED tubes. Its core functions include sealing the tube structure, preventing gas leakage, and assuming circuit connection and physical protection.

This product is made of high-transmittance PC material with a transmittance of 96%. It has UV resistance, high and low temperature resistance (-30℃ to 130℃) and impact resistance. The material meets SGS and UL environmental certification standards. Common types include PC plastic lamp holders, aluminum-plastic combination lamp holders, etc., which are suitable for mainstream lamp specifications such as T8, T5, T10, and T12. Some high-end models use imported PC raw materials with a fireproof rating of UL94-V0.
