Low temperature and high speed is to use a lower aluminum rod temperature and the fastest extrusion speed process combination to carry out the LED aluminum profile extrusion process. The process temperature and speed of this LED aluminum profile are combined in inverse proportion, that is, the higher the temperature of the aluminum rod, the slower the extrusion speed; the lower the temperature of the aluminum rod, the faster the extrusion speed. Under normal circumstances, the temperature of the first rod produced by the upper mold is controlled at 420℃-440℃, and the temperature can be accelerated when the third rod is produced. The optimal temperature of the flat die aluminum rod is maintained at 390~420℃; the split die aluminum rod It is best to keep the rod temperature between 410 and 440°C.

When the aluminum rod reaches the optimal temperature, the LED aluminum profile extrusion speed is determined according to the temperature of the discharge port. The optimal temperature of the discharge port is 520~560℃. That is to say, when the outlet temperature is lower than the optimal temperature, it should be accelerated appropriately, and when it is higher than the optimal temperature, it should be appropriately decelerated. At the same time, it must be ensured that the quality of the raw materials is qualified.
