Reliability tests of LED lamp tube design

The following are the reliability tests of LED lamp design:


1. Temperature rise test, measure the temperature of specific components when the maximum power consumption of the lamp is working in a specific temperature environment. In addition to testing the components according to the testing requirements, the driver IC, lamp shell, LED (lamp pin or LED heat sink), etc. Parts are fixed measurement points. Record once every 30 minutes until the temperature of each measuring part is constant. The record includes the power-on time, the temperature of the measuring part, and the ambient temperature at that time. Cycle, and then continuously conduct the switch test 100 times, and record the working conditions of the lamps.

3. The vibration test is to put the lamp on the vibration table and vibrate for 30 minutes to check whether the parts of the lamp are loose or fall off, and whether the lamp can work normally.

4. In the reliability test, check the function items of the lamp according to the instruction manual of the lamp.
