Why do LED tube diffusers have black spots?

(1) The quality of the raw material itself is poor, and there are too many black spots; the solution: choose the new raw material of high-quality optical PC.

 

(2) The local overheating of the screw or the local shear is too strong, which causes the carbonization of the material to increase, and the carbonized material is brought into the material strip, resulting in more black spots; the solution: Balance the screw temperature and shear force.

 

(3) The pressure of the head is too high (including blockage, too many filters, too low temperature of the head, etc.), too much reflux material, aggravating the carbonization of the material, and the carbonization is carried into the material strip, resulting in too many black spots; solution : Reduce head pressure and return material.


 

 

(4) The service life of the machine is too long, the gap between the screw and the barrel increases, and the amount of carbon attached to the barrel wall increases, which is gradually brought into the material strip as the extrusion time goes on, resulting in more black spots; solution: Regular cleaning Maintain the screw, replace the screw regularly, and maintain a reasonable clearance.

 

(5) If the natural exhaust port and vacuum exhaust port are not cleaned for a long time, the accumulated carbs will increase, and the subsequent continuous extrusion will be brought into the strip, resulting in more black spots; solution: Regularly clean the natural exhaust port and Vacuum exhaust port.


 

 

(6) Other impurities are mixed in by the external environment or man-made, resulting in more black spots; solution: operate in strict accordance with the production process.

 

(7) The die (including the discharge port and internal dead corner) is not cleaned well, resulting in too many black spots; solution: clean the die and the discharge port.

 

(8) The discharge port is not smooth enough (for example, some shallow grooves and potholes, etc.), and the material may accumulate for a long time. With the passage of extrusion time, it is gradually carbonized, and then brought into the material strip, resulting in more black spots; Solution: keep the discharge port smooth to avoid material accumulation.


 

(9) Some threaded components are damaged (missing corners, wear, etc. form dead corners), resulting in aggravation of material carbonization at the dead corners. In the subsequent continuous extrusion process, they are gradually brought out to the strip, resulting in more black spots; solution: Check equipment regularly.

 

(10) Natural exhaust and vacuum exhaust are not smooth, resulting in carbonization of the material in the screw, resulting in more black spots; solution: check the equipment regularly to keep the exhaust smooth.
